Most appointments are one-on-one but due to the nature of dog grooming, sometimes appointments can overlap. Length of each appointment can vary depending on your dog's needs, but typically last between 1 to 2 hours.
Messages received during working hours will receive a response by the end of the day. Messages received during after hours of operation will receive responses the following morning or first thing Monday morning.
